Manchester United Offer Revised Bid For Brentford's Bryan Mbeumo

Manchester United have presented a revised bid for Bryan Mbeumo, who has indicated his readiness to leave Brentford this summer.

United had a tough run through last season, barely making it past the relegation zone, and disappointingly lost the UEFA Europa League final to Tottenham Hotspur. Since the departure of Marcus Rashford, Ruben Amorim struggled with the team in his debut season, and to make the situation worse, the team was ravaged by injury spells, among which was Amad Diallo.

Brentford had turned down the Red Devils' initial offer, with the demand that the offer match their asking price of £70 million, which United have reportedly matched in the new offer. With United already having completed two previous signings, Matheus Cunha and Diego Leon, the winger is set to be the third signing completed by Amorim in this transfer window.

With Mbeumo, United can reinforce the attacking lineup alongside Diallo, and from the left is Alejandro Garnacho, who has proven to be dependable for the team. Cunha was a terrific striker for Wolverhampton Wanderers and scored against United in a 2-0 defeat in December.
