Astroworld Festival's Victim Family Sues Travis Scott

 

Travis Scotting is getting sued by family of one of the victims of his ill-fated Astroworld concert that left eight people dead and hundred wounded on Friday. 

The youngest victim whose name is identified to be Ezra Blount, 9, is understood to have suffered from injuries that could turn out to be fatal. As claimed by the lawyer, Ben Crump who is handling the case, the victim was trampled on nearly to death at the concert and has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the rapper over the youngster's health issues. 

Ben followed his claims up with video evidence from the scene and also claimed their people calling for desperate need of CPR and couldn't get none, according to TMZ. 

Travis, Live Nation and the promoters of the event are at the centre points of the lawsuit and Ben is accusing them of gross negligence that led to the incident.
