Valencia Goalkeeper Norberto 'Neto' Moves To Barcelona For £23 Million

Valencia goalkeeper Norberto Murara 'Neto' has completed a move to La Liga champions FC Barcelona where he signed to a four-year contract for £23.2 million.

The Brazilian contract also comes with add-ons to the tune of £8 million and has a release clause set at £179 million.

Neto started his European spell at Fiorentina from Brazilian side Atletico Paranaense in 2011 and after spending four seasons at the club, he moved to Juventus from where he switched league to La Liga to join Valencia in 2017.

"His height at almost two metres, combined with his agility, make Neto a goalkeeper who gives strikers very little net to shoot at," Barcelona said in a statement.
