Chris Brown's Ex Sues For Child Support Increase
Chris Brown is about to dole out more to his baby mama in child support as the amount she currently receive from him is about to be increased folliwng a lawsuit filed in this regard.
The singer's ex Nia Guzman accused him of not keeping up with what she currently gets in child support order of $2,500 plus another another amount of $4,000 for their daughter's nanny.
In the lawsuit, Guzman's lawyer Lisa Boom, argued that the amount be increase to $5,000 because "the legally mandated guideline child support for someone at Brown's income level is $18,336 per month. That is what Nia is requesting for [daughter] Royalty."
Bloom claimed Guzman income is $400 and that is from Royaltybrown.com while the "Super Woman" singer's annual income is $4,000,000 and "has not been paying" his child support order.
However, Breezy in his legal documents disagreed with given their four-year-old daughter what ever she wants, as that is in no way helpful but damaging, and has reportedly offered to dole out $9,813 in child support anyways.
