50 Cent Enters $100 Million Deal With New York-Based Comapny

Curtis James Jackson III, otherwise known as 50 Cent, has embarked on a project with New York-based entertainment company Planet Hollywood to expand its business in Times Square and explore new locations.

Earlier this week, the rapper signed a deal reportedly worth $100 million with the company, considering exploring new opportunities such as hospitality and experiential entertainment. The partnership between 50 Cent and PH owner Robert Earl will bring about a "PH Live" Centre, designed for a multi-purpose entertainment complex in Times Square.

Announcing the development, 50 Cent teased the partnership on his Instagram handle. He wrote: "When I get quiet, I'm working. I'm working on it...PH Live baby."

Besides being a rapper, 50 Cent is also known for his film production acumen and recently opened his G-Unit Film and Television studio in Louisiana. He has produced several dramas and motion pictures, including All Things Fall Apart, BMF (Black Mafia Family), For Life, and Power.

Recently, he released a docuseries, Escaping Diddy, which was an espose on the Bad Boy Records' owner indulgences known as Freak Off and the serial abuses of his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. Diddy is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence for his convictions.
