Shocking Moment As 10-Man Everton Stun Manchester United At Old Trafford

 

Everton secured a stunning 1-0 victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford,  with a sensational goal from Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, ending the hosts' unbeaten run through five previous Premier League games. 

United had been winless in two previous Premier League games. They drew back-to-back against Tottenham and Nottingham Forest. Losing today's game was a setback for the side as a victory would have lifted them to the top five of the table.

Kierman received a pass from Jack Grealish and dribbled his way past two United players before riffling a curling shot from the edge of the box into the top corner of the post. 

Nonetheless, the goal was a deserved reward for Everton's energetic start. United did not dominate possession until after the restart. The Red Devils created several chances, but Everton's defense held firm, with James Tarkowski and Michael Keane marshaling the backline.

United's pressure eventually took its toll on Everton, who were reduced to 10 men in the 14th minute when Idrissa Gueye was sent off for violent conduct. The Senegalese midfielder had clashed with teammate Keane, and referee Tony Harrington had no option but to show the red card. Despite being a man down, Everton held firm, and their brave performance was rewarded with a famous win. 

The match was a tale of two halves, with Everton dominating the first 45 minutes and United pushing for an equalizer in the second. The Toffees' defense was in top form, with Tarkowski and Keane at the heart of the backline.
