Gody Gakpo's Brace Leads Liverpool Through Against Ipswich Town
Liverpool took the maximum points comfortably as Ipswich Town struggled at Anfield to lose by 4-1, with a first-half showdown that eroded their efforts.

Ipswich's hope of coming out of the relegation zone was dashed. A draw would have been enough to give them the leap. Meanwhile, The Reds maintain frontline dominance by six points clear of the nearest team.

Ipswich had a difficult day against Liverpool. They barely could cause any scare even as they put up resilience from the start, which did not last before the Reds struck. The third goal could have been avoided but Gakpo was allowed enough space to get a rebound goal despite being in between two defenders.
That was a great performance from the Reds. Ipswich could not have done better than that because their defense was loosened as the Reds created scoring chances by exploring the center and the wings.
