Chelsea Get Upset Big Time By Unusual Side

Ipswich Town secured a stunning 2-0 win over Chelsea at Portman Road, thanks to Liam Delap's and Omari Hutchinson's goals in either half. Having to lose the game further cast a shadow over Chelsea's title race against table leaders, Liverpool.

Chelsea got off to a good start but Ipswich found the scoring chance in the early stages, courtesy of Delap's penalty. After the first half,  the hosts doubled the lead interval through Hutchinson, who struck home the second goal, exploiting Chelsea's defensive flop.

The match was a thrilling encounter with Chelsea dominating possession and creating several scoring opportunities,  However, Ipswich Town's clinical finishing and resolute defense proved to be the difference.

Ipswich have won a game against the London counterparts since 1993, which for the Blues, ended the calendar year for the side with a Premier League game loss. Chelsea dropped to fourth place in the EPL standings while Ipswich continue with their struggling in the relegation zone.
