Chelsea Thrash Shamrock Rovers In Six-Goal Thriller, Finish Conference League Group Stage Unbeaten

Chelsea rounded off their Conference League group stage campaign in style, thrashing Shamrock Rovers 5-1 at Stamford Bridge. Marc Guiu's hat-trick and goals from Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Marc Cucurella sealed a comfortable win for the Blues, who finished the group stage as undefeated leaders.

It was a lively start to the game, with Chelsea taking the lead in the 23rd minute through Marc Guiu's header. However, Shamrock Rovers equalized just minutes later through Markus Poom's heavily deflected strike.

Guiu restored Chelsea's lead and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall made it a third just before halftime. Guiu completed his hat-trick in first-half stoppage time, and Marc Cucurella added a fifth goal for Chelsea in the 58th minute.

Chelsea's Marc Guiu was prominent for the side besides his hat-trick contributions; he played a significant role at the front against Shamrock Rovers' defense throughout the match.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Marc Cucurella also impressed for the Blues, scoring goals and creating several chances. Markus Poom was the bright spark for Shamrock Rovers and his goal was good enough as consolation to his efforts.
