Lookman Ademola Keeps Goals Coming For Atalanta

As UEFA Champions League returned to the fold with another round of match, VfB Stuttgart hosted Gian Gasperini's Atalanta for an important encounter at the MHP Arena. It was yet a game for Lookman Ademola to shine for Atalanta in a European competition. 

The two teams have experienced contrasting fortunes. Although, Atalanta who never played an official game against the German club in the UEFA Champions League, adapt to the host after is involvement in two goalless draws and have kept clean sheets in each games since the start of this campaign.

However,  Atalanta with excellent players in their ranks have modify their circumspect approach as they shocked Stuttgart at the second-half, who seemed having defensive vulnerabilities with hard time blocking out the strike from the Atalanta men. Charles De Ketelaere fed a pass to the Nigerian forward, Ademola Lookman who tapped the ball into an empty net, and later into the game, Nicolo Zaniolo  scored for winning goal for his first for the side. 

Atalanta are in third place in the Serie A standings and have been in impressive form this season. La Dea stunned Napoli with a comprehensive 3-0 victory in their previous game that ended Napoli's unbeaten streak with great strike from Ademola Lookman. He scored twice, first in the 10th minute and then with a superb strike in the 31st. Mateo Retegui sealed the win in stoppage time, pushing Atalanta to second in the standings.
