Ex-NFL Superstar Player Passes Away

Ex-NFL uperstar and legend, O. J Simpson has passed away following his struggles with cancer, his family revealed. He was aged 76. 

It is understood that the deceased was diagnosed with prostrate cancer and had been receiving treatment for his ailment in a hospice before he passed away. Meanwhile, Simpson did not speak on what his health struggles were, rather he was optimistic he was going to get over it. 

"My health is good," he said in video he shared two months ago ahead of Superbowl. "Obviously I'm dealing with some issues, but I think I'm just about over it, and I'll be back on that golf course hopefully in a couple of weeks." 

Simpson, who passed away on Thursday was a big name in the league and in films until things took an unpleasant turn following the death of his wife, Nicole. He was at the centre of the allegations of murder of Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman for many years until he acquitted of the trial.
