Oscars 2024: Cillian Murphy Wins Best Actor For Oppenheimer
It is yet another annual ceremony of the Academy Awards on its 96th edition and it is beginning to tilt the way of the Nolan Christopher directed film, Oppenheimer. As the show is rolling, the film has since grabbed five awards amongst which were the best actor and best supporting actor.
Cillian Murphy was awarded with the best actor for his role in the film while for supporting actor, Robert Downey Jr. received an Oscar for his role in the film as well. Besides the two, the film also won best film editing, cinematography and original score.
Following Oppenheimer in the standings for most wins so far at the ceremony is the Poor Things with three awards amongst which is best costume.
