Premier League: Cole Palmer's Goal Leads Chelsea To Beat Fulham In London Derby

Chelsea held on to their home league game unbeaten run against Fulham with a 1-0 victory in the London derby at Stanford Bridge.

Cole Palmer gifted the side the goal that saw the game through from a penalty he facilitated for Raheem Sterling to draw against Issa Diop's tackle.

The England international converted the penalty on the brink of stoppage  time, neatly sending the goalkeeper Bernd Leno the other way while he steered the ball down bottom left.

Meanwhile, the loss extended Fulham's winless run in the Premier League home game to five. They are in comfortable position (13) in the standings none

Quick Overview

An interesting game Chelsea and a well-deserved victory for Chelsea. Palmer continued to be an important player at the front for Chelsea and his contributions are often spot on. He now has scored from all five spot kicks taken for the side.

Noni Madueke came on after the interval for Broja but the Nigerian could not find the goal for Chelsea. However, they kept the defense intact against their opponents especially Willian, Henry Wilson and Andrea's Pereira.
