F1 Team Williams To Keep Logan Sargeant For Next Season

Logan Sargeant will remain with his team, Williams for yet another season following the confirmation by the British racing team on Friday. 

The American earned his only point of the season at the United States Grand Prix where he finished in P10 and that was his best performance for the team so far. Williams constructors finished the season in seventh position while 22-year-old with just a point finished in 19th position of the drivers' standings. 

"I am grateful for the opportunity to continue developing as a driver within such a talented and dedicated group," said Sargeant. 

With the confirmation that Sargeant will continue with his teammate, Alex Albon for next season, the line up for the 20-driver grid for the year 2024 is now believed to be completed. Furthermore, the team principal, James Vowles remained confident in the American's "abilities" and hope to "achieve greater success" with him come next season. 

Albon, who joined the team in 2022 from Red Bull had an impressive season for having finished in 13th position with 27 points, which was an improvement from the previous season in 19th position.
