Premier League: Mykhailo Murdyk Gets First Goal In Chelsea Win Against Fulham
Chelsea have claimed their second victory of the season in a league game, on a trip to Fulham where they won 2-0 with Mykhailo Murdyk for the side.
Fulham conceded both goals within the space of a minute and the first was from Mykhailo Murdyk. With a brilliant display of skill, he checked down an aerial ball from Levi Cowill's cross and slammed home the opening goal.
The second goal came off a defensive error that saw a poor clearance from Tim Ream deflecting on Armando Broja in close range roll past Bernd Leno into the net.
The victory handed Chelsea their 150th London-derby victory, making them the first club in the capital with such a milestone.
Quick Over View of the Game
It has been a long haul of winless run for Chelsea in the Premier League since August, when they won their last league game against Luton by 3-0. That, potentially, might have them fired up for subsequent games.
Fulham came handy for Chelsea and even with the likes of Willian and Alex Iwobi, they could not get much done against their fellow London peers, Chelsea.
It was not that game you see much of Raheem Sterling doing many run around in search of goal, as Murdyk for the first time, scored a goal for the club. In just another minutes, Bruja's followed from a deflection.
Moises Caicedo appeared as badly injured from a late challenge as he limped out of the pitch and was substituted for Mudueke.
