Quick Over View of the Game
Satisfactory outcome for Pep Guardiola side for having recovered winning streak and refuted a stalemate with RB Leipzig to get the victory they deserved.
The German initially proved to be resilience and capable of stunning City, until the game took a new turn from Doku's brilliant finish in injury time.
Lewis made effective use of his wing to pull off that pass that brought the lead goal. Foden, as often, kept the attack enforced whilst the German kept Haaland in check.
Since Kevin de Bruyne remained out of play over injury, City still missed having him on the pitch. Nevertheless, Jack Grealish remained as vibrant as always.
Furthermore, bringing in Doku proved resourceful for City. With Akanji already booked, Doku came and not only facilitated the Alvarez's goal but pulled off the winner.
