Tyson Fury v Oleksandr Usyk Undisputed Fight Set For Saudi Arabia

Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk have agreed to a location for their anticipated undisputed heavyweight fight and it is scheduled to hold in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Usyk became heavyweight champion after defeating Anthony Joshua to become holder of three heavyweight titles, WBA, WBO, and IBF. Tyson, on his part, holds the WBC heavyweight title which he claimed from defeating former American heavyweight fighter, Deontay Wilder.

The winner between two fighters will become the undisputed champion of all the heavyweight titles, WBC, WBA, WBO, and IBF for the first time in the four-belt era.

"Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk are the two greatest heavyweight of their generation," said Fury's promoter Bob Arum. "I can't wait to see what happens when they step into the ringin Riyadh."

The fight is speculated to hold on 23, December, however, official date has not been announced for the fight. Ahead of the Usyk's fight, Fury has a non-title fight against MMA fighter, Francis Ngannou on 28, October in Riyadh.

Having to fight in Saudi Arabia is not the first time for such a high profile fight, it hosted the rematch fight between Anthony Joshua and Mexican-American fighter, Andy Ruiz Jr. in 2019. The British fighter reclaimed the heavyweight belts from the Mexican before ultimately losing all to the Ukrainian heavyweight champion, Usyk.
