Quick Over View of the Game

Liverpool quickly found themselves in a difficult situation for conceding an opening goal to Wolves from Hee-chan Hwang. That was a wreck to Liverpool's game plan.

Wolves initially started defensive but gained courage from the lead and the tempo soon changed some Neto made some vital efforts to burrow through Liverpool's defense but unable to get compensated for his efforts as most chances he created were fumbled at.

Reds could sense the danger with letting loose off Matheus Cunha, the Brazilian however, did not seemed as such with multiple chances wasted especially that Neto's cross he attacked so wrongly with a header in close-range unmarked.

Brilliant first half for Wolves but Jurgen Klopp's substitutions paid off very early into the game and Wolves easy burrow into their halve was mitigated.

Reds were fired up and Gapko had the chance to strike unlike first half and credit to Salah's assist for all the three goals for the comeback.

Salah helped find the spark for the comeback and he was later substituted with newly-signed Ryan Gravenberch who made is debut.
