Moises Caicedo Changes Mind Over Liverpool's £111m Offer, Prefers Move To Chelsea
Moses Caicedo has reportedly rejected a deal offer of £111million from Liverpool as he desires another club rather than a transfer to Anfield.
Earlier on Friday, it surfaced online that Liverpool have agreed deal with Brighton on the player's transfer and that was followed with a confirmation in a speech from Reds manager, Jurgen Klopp.
"I was told that I can confirmed that the deal with the club is agreed," said Klopp earlier in a speech as reported by Sky Sports. "We are a club. We have no endless resources."
Amidst expectations that the Caicedo will travel to Liverpool for his medical on Friday, things later took a new turn as the midfielder was understood to have changed his mind over Liverpool and would prefer to join Chelsea instead.
Caicedo had been Chelsea's target before Liverpool overtook them to get his club to agree to a deal. The offer would have set a new record for English transfer given the fee at £111million.
