Jordan Henderson Joins New Club, Al-Ettifag
The move saw an end to the midfielder's 12-year reign at Liverpool and is set to reunite him with his former team-mate, Steve Gerrard who is now the club's manager.
Al-Ettifag are understood to have signed the English player to a contract worth £13m in fee and will run until 2026. He is set to earn as much as £350,000-a-week from the contract according to Sky Sports.
"Delighted to announce I've signed for @ettifag. New challenge ahead, can't wait to get going. Welcome to Saudi Arabia," he wrote in an Instagram update accompanied with his singing photo.
Jordan announced his departure from Reds in a video update where he described his time as the team's captain as the "best moments of his career" and will always look back to remember the good times.
