Sport Star And Nike Enter Lifetime Deal

Nike have just added a basketball player to its list of sportsmen with lifetime contract and the player is reportedly "excited and honoured" to work with the company.

Phoenix Suns forward, Kevin Durant signed a lifetime contract with the sportswear maker later in April and that made him the fourth sportsman after Michael Jordan, LeBron James and Cristiano Ronaldo to enter such contract with Nike.

"We've travelled the world together and built a businesses that will now last forever," Boardroom garnered from Durant. "I'm excited for the future and honoured to be in rare company with this deal.

Durant and Nike first entered into a deal in 2007 and they have maintained that patternship through 16 years and the company's executive vice president for global marketing, John Slusher told Boardroom the player as "an important part of the Nike family for the last 16 years."

The 35-year-old was drafted into the NBA with Oklahoma City Thunder in 2007 and has since won two Championships and is a 13-time All-Star player.
