Premier League: Curtis Jones' Strikes Liverpool To Victory Against Leicester

Leicester did not have it easy on their own turf against Liverpool and were beaten 3-0 as Curtis Jones netted a brace to keep Reds in the lead.

It took a space of three minutes for Reds to go two goals clear in the first half. Even though Leicester held on for sometimes, Trent Alexander-Arnold's stunning goal from a free-kick finally settled the loss for the hosts.

Jones opened the scoring tapping home Mohamed Salah's cross in the 33rd minute and followed up with the second goal curling home another assist from Salah.

Alexander-Arnold completed the scoring with the third in the second half with a spectacular finish from a free-kick and Liverpool are now on the safe path to win the game on a clean sheet.

The victory consolidates Liverpool in the fifth position, and with a point out of the top four, it rekindled their hope of landing a place in the Champions League.
