Oscar Awards 2023: "Everything Everywhere All At Once" Takes Lead, As Brendan Fraser Wins Best Actor
The 95th Oscar Awards show went through unlike the previous year and ran its course even longer by 36 minutes over its scheduled runtime. Anyhow, a film is obviously going to go home with the most awards and that happened to be Everything Everywhere All At Once.
Everything Everywhere received the most nods with 11 ahead of the ceremony, and it yet live up to expectations, taking home the most awards with seven amongst which was best director and best actress for Michelle Yeol for her lead role. The film yet shoved All Quiet On the Western Front to the second on the stack.
All Quiet On the Western Front won best international feature film and original score amongst others, and Tom Cruise's Top Gun: Maverick did not missing out taking home an award. Likewise, Naatu Naatu just as you might have expected did not miss on taking home an award for one thing it did best.
Meanwhile, The Banshees of Inisherins that came to the ceremony as one of the most nominated film, got snubbed and missed out winning none from all the categories it got nodded for. Likewise, The Fabelmans missed out.
