Premier League: Leandro Trossard Settles Victory For Arsenal Over Leicester
Arsenal had a successful outing at Leicester City where they won by 1-0 despite having two goals ruled out to maintain Premier League lead.
Leandro Trossard had put the side ahead in the first half when he curled home Oleksandro Zinchenko's cross but it was ruled out for a foul on goalkeeper Danny Ward following a corner.
In just less than a minute after halftime, Gabriel Martinelli ended the deadlock for Arsenal. He latched onto a through ball from Trossard and finished off the ball bottom corner to beat Ward to the goal.
Arsenal later had another goal ruled out for offside position when Trossard tapped home Martinelli's pass. The brazilian was caught in offside position by the linesman.
Mike Arteta has now led Arsenal to win 10 out of 13 away league game and they maintain table lead over closest rivals with two points clear.
