Premier League: Jadon Sancho Rescues Point For Man United Against Leeds

Jadon Sancho inspired Manchester United to a comeback against leeds United to force a 2-2 and denied their opponents needed maximum points at Old Trafford.

Leeds were remarkably effective against United and had multiple stunning chances after taking an early lead from Wilfried Gnonto's 20-yard strike one minute into the game.

United's woes worsened soon after the break when Raphael Varane swept into the net Patrick Bamford's cross for an own-goal. United made frantic efforts to come back into the game and Marcus Rashford came to the rescue and scored with header from Diogo Dalot's cross to narrow Leeds' lead in the 62nd minutes.

Leeds narrowly could have added in another goal when Brenden Aaronson's free-kick clipped the woodwork before Jadon Sancho completed the comeback for United finishing off Luke Shaw's deflected shot from inside the area.

The comeback denied Leeds their first win against United in 18 away league games and point earned from the draw lifted Leeds away from the relegation zone.
