Hipsey Hussle Assailant Gets Maximum Prison Sentence

 


It is going to be a long time behind bars for Nipsey Hussle assailant following a court sentence that handed him 60-year prison sentence. 

Nipsey, whose real is Ermias Asghedom was gunned down while in company of friends at his Marathon clothing store in California and was pronounced dead on the spot by the paramedic. The deceased was 33 at the time and was survived by a partner and a son. 

Eric R. Holder, who killed of the rapper was apprehended after the authourities got detailed of the vehicle he came in on March, 2019. He was convicted on two-count charge of voluntary manslaughter and two-count on assault with firearm that infflicted wounds on two other men. 

"Nipsey was my friend, he was like son, he was like a dad. Our community right now, we lost everything, everything we worked for. One man's mistake, one man's action, messed up a whole community," said the deceased's friend, Herman Douglas in an emotion statement at the court.

Footage of the incident revealed Holder approaching the late rapper and two friends who were outside of the Marathon clothing store before firing at them. The authourities later revealed that the deceased was shot multiple times and suffered injuries to the head and spine. 

The deceased had just worked on a collaboration themed Higher with DJ Khalid and John Legend. The single was nominated for a Grammy Award, best rap/sung performance later in the year the rapper passed away.
