Europa League: Man United Bounce Back To Draw At Barcelona

Marcus Rashford steered Manchester United through a comeback as they made off with 2-2 draw against Barcelona at Nou Camp in the knockout rounds first-leg of the Europa League.

Both sides delivered a thrilling performance and all the goals were contributed after the break but Barcelona forced a couple of brilliant saves from David de Gea than United did to Marc-Andre Stegen for most of the game.

Marcus Alonso's header following a corner put Barce ahead in the 50th minutes, and two minutes later, Rashford finished off Fred's pass from a difficult angle to level for United.

Jules Koundes later deflected in Rashford's cross for an own-goal to give United the lead before Raphinha steered a curly shot home to level the scoring for Barce with 14 minutes remaining. Afterwards, Casemiro nearly handed Barcelona an own-goal when his clearnace shot clipped the woodwork.

Rashford remained in specutacular form having scored in four consecutive games and he leads the scoring for United with 21 goals in all competition in this season.

United have remained winless against Barcelona in six successive away game and will host the Spaniards in their second-leg tie at Old Trafford.
