Premier League: Hugo Lloris Blunders Cost Tottenham Too Much As Arsenal Win

Arsenal are in comfortable table lead after defeating Tottenham 2-0 at White Hart Lane as Hugo Lloris flops cost Spurs too much.

With 37 points, Arsenal are in the lead with eight points ahead of Manchester City as they continued to vy for their first league title since 2003 under former manager Arsene Wenger.

Arsenal took the lead from Bukayo Saka's cross poorly saved by Lloris that bounced off his chest into the net and Martin Odegaard doubled the lead from 20-yard shot that beat Lloris to the goal in the 36th minutes.

Spurs made efforts to level to the scoring but they could not beat Aaron Ramsdale to the goal especially those from Heung min Son and Rayan Sessegnon's cross from close range that were saved.

Tottenham remained outside of the top four in fifth position and it was Arsenal's first back-to-back win against Spurs since 2013-14 season.
