Premier League: Erling Haaland Scores As Man City Thrash Southampton

Erling Haaland kept the goals coming in and Manchester City kept the winning going as they beat Southampton 4-0 at Etihad Stadium and retook the table top.

Saints were impactful early into the game and later came under serious onslaught from City with multiple chances one of which was Haaland's clipping the bottom right of the bar.

City later found the back of the net from Joao Cancelo's shot from inside the area and Phil Foden followed with the second goal by lobbing Kevin de Bruyne's pass over goalkeeper Bazunu.

The attack intensity continued after the halftime break and Riyadh Mazreh added in the third goal with a volley from close range and Haaland rounded up the scores slamming home Cancelo's through pass.

Haaland now has scored 20 goals from all 13 games for City and that made him the top goalscorer for the side with no other coming close.
