Premier League: Bukayo Saka Lifts Arsenal Regain Table lead, Beat Liverpool At Emirates

Bukayo Saka led the scoresheet for Arsenal with a brace that saw the side through a five-goal thriller against Liverpool and come out victorious to win 3-2 and regained the table lead by a point.

Coming into the game, Liverpool desperately needed a win to come up the table while Arsenal were vying for the Premier League title with a slim lead that would be should they have the maximum points from the game. Without wasting time, they moved up in the lead with an early goal from Gabriel Martinelli in just 58 seconds.

Darwin Nunez restored Reds into the game with an equalizer by sliding into the net a Luis Diaz's cross but they once again slid behind Gunners when Saka slid home Martinelli's cross just on the brink of halftime whistle.

Not long after the break, Roberto Firmino restored Liverpool into the game with an equalizer and that effort was later cancelled out as Thiago Alcantara's rough tackle on Gabriel Jesus in the box drew a penalty and Saka converted the spot kick for Arsenal's third.

Reds' star forward, Mohamed Salah was obliterated from finding chances throughout the game. Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale yet had to make some incredible saves to keep Arsenal in the game amongst the moments was the poor back pass from William Salibu.
