Champions League: Chelsea Lead Group After Beating 10-Man AC Milan

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Jorginho led the scoresheet as Chelsea leaped to lead Group E having defeat 10-man AC Milan 2-0.

Chelsea came into the game as their first visit to the stadium since 1999 and Fikayo Tomori getting a red card just before ten minutes into the game made the game much comfortable for Blues - The former Blues defender was sent out for rough tackle in contest for the ball with Mason Mount.

Jorginho converted the spot kick to put Chelsea in the lead, and just after half hour of play, a through pass from Mount set Aubameyang off for the second goal. The former Barcelona FC charged for the ball quicker before Raheem Sterling could reach it and slammed it down bottom left of the post.

The goal margin could have been bigger but Milan goalkeeper Tatarusanu made some brilliant saves that help keep Milan hopeful of a possible comeback that eluded the side.
