Anthony Joshua Agrees To All Deal Terms To Fight Tyson Fury


Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua's bout has got the needed greenlight as an agreement is finally reached between the two fighters for the fight to go on as plan in December.

A fight between Joshua and Fury had been anticipated of by their fans but that suffered a setback when the former lost his rematch fight with Ukrainian heavyweight champion Oleksanr Usyk. That later changed when Fury announced his desire to take on Joshua and offered a 60-40 split of proceeds from the fight.  

It surfaced online via a tweet on Tuesday that the fight is going to hold as Joshua's team has agreed to the deal offered to them by Fury's management. Likewise, the location is unchanged and remained as proposed to be at Wembley Stadium on 3, December.

"Joshua-Fury update: 258 and @MatchroomBoxing can confirm, on behalf of @anthonyjoshua, that we accepted all terms presented to us by Fury's team for a fight Dec 3rd last Friday," the from 258 MGT tweet reads.

The statement went further: "Due to the Queen's passing, it was agreed to halt all communication. We are awaiting a response."

Fury is the current WBC heavyweight champion, a title he won after he defeated previous holder Deontay Wilder, and he retained it on their second rematch fight during which he left the American's face bloodied and was rushed to the hospital for medical attention soon after the fight. 

The title is now on the line on Fury's fight with Joshua, who is a two-time heavyweight champion that lost his belts - WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO, to Usyk and failed to reclaim them in a rematch.
