Cristiano Ronaldo Wants Out Of Manchester United
Cristiano Ronaldo has asked Manchester United he wanted out this summer despite having a season left in his contract.
United have not had it so good since its former manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer left the club and could not make it to the top four of the table for a Champions League qualification neither did the win any trophies last season.
The Portuguese, who joined the club from Juventus in summer of 2021, is understood to be ready to leave should any worthy offers surfaced, and his manager Erik ten Hag is ready to convince him to stay either. Rather, he reportedly is hoping the club would be able to raise funds from his departure.
Paul Pogba had just left the club and United have not made any signings this summer except that they are understood to be working towards signing Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona.
Ronaldo finished the season as United's top scorer with 24 goals, yet that has not made him feel satisfied at the club being the type of player he is, who would like to win trophies or make Champions League appearances. It is understood now that his agent Jorge Mendes is in talks with some clubs regarding his transfer.
