PSG Ready To Keep Kylian Mbappe In £150M Contract Renewal Amidst Real Madrid Interest
Paris Saint-Germain are making moves towards offering Kylian Mbappe a renew contract with a sign-on fee of £150m amidst Real Madrid's interest in the forward.
As revealed by a Spanish sport expert, Guillem Balague, the Ligue 1 side would prefer to keep the player than lose him in the summer to Real with which he had already agreed to an offer package in February.
The Qatari-owned club, initially are ready to offer Mbappe an annual net salary of £21m to make him stay until after the Fifa World Cup in November and since Real Madrid interest in the player is an obstacle in the way, they ready to even increase the offer to £25m annual net salary.
However, the future of the forward lays with him and he was quoted as saying about his contact with Real after the PSG 5-1 win against Lorient last weekend that, "I haven't made my decision, there are new elements to consider. What elements? Just new elements."
In that regard, Mbappe might or not join Real as expected as he is expected to renegotiate with the club following the offer PSG made to keep him in Paris.
