Manchester United Might Sack Manager Over big Loss To Watford

Manchester United had the shock of their lives for being beaten by Watford by a massive 4-1 and the club's management are reportedly holding an emergency meeting to decide the fate of the team's manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

10-man United could make a comeback after van de Beek scored to narrow the host lead to 2-1 as Harry Maguire bagged a red card. Thus, instead of a comeback they conceded two goals in the injury time to extend their goal margin to 4-1.

Soon after the defeat, the club's owners, the Glazer family called an emergency virtual meeting having not just the future of the Norwegian on top of the agenda but also what will be his compensation for leaving, according to Times.

There has not been any potential replacement named yet but speculations has it that the family are considering hiring former Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane to takeover the team. However, it seemed as Solksjaer knew his fate after the loss as he waved goodbye to the crowd in what could have indicated an imminent firing from the job.
