Eternals Defies Reviews To Notch $300M Globally
Eternals did not really got that review that would make it seem like a film that would make it big time at the box office. Now, by the look of things, it has turned out to be a big success for Marvel.
The film has currently hauled in $300m in global gross, making it the seventh biggest grosser of the year after James Bond: No Time To Die. That sounded appealing right? The film made its debut with $71m and it's yet making a strong pull despite being into its third weekend at the box office.
Another successful film making it big time at the box office since the pandemic is Venom 2 which has crossed the $200M to be the second highest grosser in North America since the return of the theatres since the pandemic.
With these successes being recorded, the box office might on the path to recover from the impact the lockdown had on it. During the pre-pandemic era, making a billion-mark was an attainable feat for bug studios.
