Wealthiest Female Musician Unveiled

Talking about billionaires in the music industry, some male artists already have been confirmed to have made the list by Forbes - the likes of Jay-Z and Kanye West. This time, a female artist has just been announced to be first to make the list and it is no other but the Barbados R&B singer, Rihanna. 

It took the internet intona frenzy when the magazine, Forbes, confirmed a female singer can officially be called a billionaire, making her the wealthiest musician with an estimated net worth of $1.7b (£1.2b). 

Given how she has managed to amass such wealth, it is revealed that a good chunk of that comes from her Savage × Fenty lingerie company, her music catalogue and earning from film acting. 

Just recently, the singer confirmed her relationship with rap artist A$AP Rocky and they have been making the most of their times together, going on dates and vacations. However, they both now have to be even more happy about as the R&B star singer becomes the second wealthiest female entertainer after Opra Winfrey.
