Eminem Gets A Role In 50 Cent's Drama 'Black Mafia Family'
Eminem, just as as he is known to be a hip hop artist, acting is not a new adventure for him as he once starred in 8 mile that landed his an Oscar award. Ever since, doing films hadn't really been his new career option.
Curtis Jackson better known as 50 Cent, who is a longtime friend of the Detroit-born rapper, has offered to give a role to his friend, Eminem, in the crime-based series on Starz. 50 Cent announced will cast as "white Boy Rick" in the series.
It is also The Wrap that the Slim Shady rapper will cameo as a guest star in an episode of the drama. However, with 50 Cent's affirming the role will be portrayed by Eminem, it couldn't be more assuring.
"Oh yeah I'm bringing the big dogs out," he announced on Instagram. "I couldn't do a show based in Detroit without incorporating the legend @eminem. Got him to play white Boy Rick in BMF."
Enimen was portrayed as Jimmy 'B-Rabbit' Smith in the 2002 film '8-Mile' for which he was voted for an Oscar in best original song. It was the rapper's debut in the film Industry and he has ever since hasn't take up any lead role except as cameo.
