Mauricio Pocchettino Extends PSG Contract Until 2023

Mauricio Pocchettino has extended his contract with Paris Saint-Germain for another year and that will keep him at the club until summer of 2023 - he has just until next summer in his previous contract.

He joined the club in January after a long spell with a club following his dismissal at Tottenham Hotspur. However, he led the club to finish last in the second place and won the Coupe de France with the team.

Speaking of his new contract, the 49-year-old recalled his days as the club's captain and promised to give his best so that his crew and supporters can "reach our objectives all together as one."

The Argentine was appointed as PSG new head coach following the stepping down of Thomas Tuchel to join Chelsea and led the Premier side to win the Champions League for the third time in his debut.
