Bill Cosby To Regain Freedom

It is just a matter of time for Bill Cosby to regain his freedom as Pennsylvania Supreme Court judges have thrown out sexual assault allegations leveled against him by five women. The stand-up was accused of assaulting women during the peak of his career and witnessed against him in courting leading to his sentence to prison in 2018.

The court dismissed the case that found him guilty and ordered his release from prison for the reason that the "procedural issues are irrelevant to the fact of the crime" at the jury that sent him to prison - he has already spent more than two and half years in incarceration.

"I'm absolutely in shock," said one of his accusers Victoria Valentino speaking on the court ruling on Bill's sentence. "My stomach is lurching and I am deeply distressed about the injustice of the whole thing."

The allegation of sexual assault was first reported to the police by Andrea Constand with the claim that she was assaulted by the stand-up at his residence in Pennsylvania in 2004.

On the contrary, Bill's former wife, Phylicia Rashad, was delighted to hear the Supreme Court ruling describing it as correction of "a miscarriage of justice."
