Premier League: Kelechi Iheanacho Scores In Leicester Win Against West Brom

Kelechi Iheanacho remains a key figure in Leicester City's game-winning having scored his 11th goal in eight games as the team extended the lead to the EPL fourth place by four points after a 3-0 home win against West Brom.

Leicester seized the first half to complete the victory with Jamie Vardy leading the scoring and Kelechi finishing it off in less than 40 minutes of play. The loss would mean West Brom will remain in the relegation in the 19th position whilst Foxes close the gap with Manchester United trailing by seven points.

Jonny Evans scored the second goal with a header but Vardy's goal would be snapping his goal-drought after 12 consecutive games in all competitions - that was the forward's longest drought since December 2016.

"It was a good win - any win is a big win," said Brendan Rodgers. "Our intensity was really good in the first half an hour. I wasn't happy at ha half time our passing wasn't good enough."
