Premier League: Diogo Jota Leads Liverpool To Beat Arsenal At Home

 


Mohamed Salah marked his 93rd league goals Liverpool's 3-0 win against Arsenal at Emirates Stadium that was the team's third win in a row as Reds rekindled the contest for the top four of the Premier League. 

Liverpool has signaled the quest for victory from the first half having come twice to take the lead until Diogo Jota came off the bench the deliver the opening goal for the team and scored his second goal late into the game by nodding home Trent Alexander-Arnold's cross. 

Salah lashed home a low-cut through Bernd Leno's legs and got in a goal that doubled the lead four minutes after Digo had put the side in ahead. The Egyptian forward later had another chance but Leno saved his shot. 

Arsenal were considerably dominated that they only got two shots at the target and neither Alexander Lacazzette nor Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could make any significant impact on the match. The victory lifted Reds to the fifth position.
