Premier League: Man United Deny Man. City 22nd Winning Run

Manchester United has dealt a slight blow to Manchester City's title bid and snapped their unbeaten run after 21 games in a 2-0 defeat at Etihad Stadium.

Citizens are yet in a comfortable lead in the league with 11 points and United and other trailing teams have a huge task on their hands if they will have to overtake the Pep Guardiola-led team for the title. Nonetheless, Red Devils claimed a well-deserved away win for the third consecutive time in a row against their hosts.

Bruno Fernandes and Luke Shaw netted the two goals that gave the team the victory to climb back to second place to trail their opponents. However, the victory didn't happen that easily as Riyad Mahrez's attempt to pull one in for Citizens late into the injury time was stopped by Henderson.

The opening goal scored by Fernandes in 101st second is the earliest goal ever recorded against Citizens at home and that was Red Devils' first goal after failing to score in three previous games.
