Tom Brady Lifts 7th Super Bowl Title In Debut Season With Buccaneers

Tampa Bay Buccaneers claimed an emphatic victory over Kansa City Chiefs to lift the Super Bowl trophy for the second time and the franchise's newly-signed player Tom Brady made the moment the 7th in his career at the age of 43.

Chiefs stood no chances with Buccaneers losing by 31 - 9 at the champions' home which was the first time a team will play the Super Bowl on its own turf - Buccaneers also became the first to win the title on its turf. The stadium was crowded with nearly 30,000 spectators despite the coronavirus pandemic.

Brady signed to the team in March from his former franchise New England Patriots with which he spent 20 years of his career winning six Super Bowl titles with the team - his last was leading the side to win 13-3 against Los Angeles Ram in 2018.

"Being down here and experiencing it with this group of guys is --every year is amazing," said Brady. "This team is world champions forever. You can't take it away from us. Thank you, guys."
