LeBron James Leads Lakers To Pass Trailblazers, Responds To Zlatan Ibrahimovic's Dig
LeBron James is not having any of Zlatan Ibrahimovic's opinion that he should stay away from politics neither would he allow that to prevent him from leading Los Angeles Lakers to rout Portland Trailblazers to improve 23-11 in the Western Conference.
Lakers snapped a four-game losing streak in a 102 - 93 victory at Staples Center on Friday night - the winless run was the franchise's worst this season. LeBron's stellar performance helped inspired the team to beat their opponents despite Damian Lillard posting up a game-high scoring of 35 points, three rebounds, and seven assists.
"I would never shut up about things that are wrong. I preach about my people and preach about equality. Social injustice. Racism. Systematic voter suppression," said LeBon responding to the AC Milan striker.
Despite the ruling out of Anthony Davies over an injury, Lebron was up to the task inspiring the team on offensive posting up a Laker's high scoring of 28 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists, followed by Denis Schroder who joined in effort posting up 22 points, three rebounds, and two assists.
"And I'm their voice, and I use my platform to continue to shed light on everything that may be going on, not only in my community but around this country and around the world," he added.
