FA Cup: Chelsea Are Through To Quarter-finals
Chelsea are through to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup but thanks to Tammy Abraham who gave the side the victory in a 1-0 win over Barnsley.
The game should have gone the other way had luck being on the Championship club's side for having to be denied two should-be goals by Tammy and goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalagga. Callum Brittian whose tap from close range was saved by Kepa later nearly slammed home an opener for the hosts.
Moments after Antonio Rudiger's header missed the goal by an inch, Tammy handed the team their only goal on their only attempt at the target by tapping home Reece's James' cross following a fast break.
Chelsea's new manager Thomas Tuchel earned his fifth unbeaten run since replacing Frank Lampard and his team will play Sheffield United in their next game in the competition.
