Pep Guardiola Unveils His Retirement Plan

 


Pep Guardiola has confessed that he is having thoughts over life after his football management career and not to retire soon from the sport as he is doing great at Manchester City.

A contract extension until 2023 which the Spaniard had just signed with City might have impacted him to carry on with the sport longer he would want to. However, there has been a significant change in the club since his appointment in a three-year contract in 2016. 

Speaking on what might have led to his change of heart, the 49-year-old manager revealed the experience he now has played a vital role in that and has also helped him to shape his life up. 

"Experience helps you, especially the way I live my profession. Before, I thought I was going to retire soon," confessed the former Barcelona manager. "Now I'm thinking I'm going to retire older. So. I don't know."

In the last four seasons spent at Etihad Stadium, he has been able to make history with the club, becoming the first manager to lead the team to win a domestic treble in the history of the Premier League. Before he joined the club, he had won two La Liga with Barcelona and
