Manchester United Put Two Players On Transfer Market
Marcos Rojo and Sergio Romero have been confirmed to leave Manchester United this January as the club manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer affirmed that the players' contracts which are soon due to expire will not be extended.
Solksjaer made this known in a statement confirming that United is ready to discuss the transfer for both players from any interested club ahead of their contracts which will run out in summer.
"We are looking for them to find clubs," the Norwegian manager announced United's plan to sell the players in this window transfer.
United completed the signing an Ivorian teenager Amad Diallo from Atalanta on Thursday for a fourth and half deal worth £19million. The winger's move was Red Devils first transfer completed in this window. Meanwhile, United are still getting the best they would from David de Gea and might not might need the service goalkeeper Sergio Romero any long.
Solksjaer added, "They are both professionals, they are working hard. They are ready if they are called in for us. Of course, Marcos would have to travel and quarantine before [playing for United]"
