LaMelo Ball Makes NBA History
Lamelo Ball has printed his name in NBA history having led Charlotte Hornets to claim a 113-105 win against Atlanta Hawks putting a triple-double for the franchise on Sunday.
Hornets maintained winning form through three games to improve 5-5 as the teenager, 19, became the youngest in the sport's history ever to record a triple-double. He led the standouts with 22 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists followed by PJ Washington with 22 points, 7 rebounds, and an assist.
"I live my life and I know what I'm capable of," said Ball about making an NBA history. "So, stuff like this doesn't move me like that. I know that's supposed to happen."
The opponents had five players putting double-digit scoring led by Cam Reddish with 21 points, 5 rebounds, and an assist followed by De'Ander Hunter with 20 points, 8 rebounds, and an assist as the franchise remained winless through three games.
