Cristiano Ronaldo Becomes All-Time Biggest Goalscorer In Football History
Cristiano Ronaldo has reached a goalscoring landmark of 760 during Juventus' win against Napoli on Wednesday making him the all-time leading goalscorer in football history.
It was the big occasion for the Portuguese when he scored against their opponents on the 64th minutes to past the previous record set for the feat by Austrian-Czech forward Josef Bican between 1931 and 1955.
The former Real Madrid and Manchester United star equaled Bican's record after scoring a brace in the side's 4-1 home win over Udinese to pass the record set by Brazilian legendary player Pele. He is also miles ahead of his arch-rival Lionel Messi who has a record of 715 goals.
Ronaldo slammed home a left-footed shot from close range before Alvaro Morata doubled the scoring following a fast break in the injury time. He leads Juve in goalscoring this season with 15 goals in all competitions.
In the Champions League all-time biggest goalscoring, he yet leads with 134 goals followed by his Barcelona rival Lionel Messi with 115 goals, and in the third is Bayern Munich forward Robert Lewandoski with 71 goals.
